🛠️ Job Description: Associate Technical Consultant
As an Associate Technical Consultant, you will engage with clients, developers, and internal teams to provide technical support on Razorpay’s suite of products, including APIs and Plugins. You will ensure prompt resolutions, raise issues to engineering/product teams, and maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical queries related to APIs, plugins, and product suite.
- Collaborate with technical teams to debug and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate technical resolutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Use tools like Jira and FreshDesk to report and manage support tickets.
- Provide L2/L3 level product support with minimal developer escalation.
- Advocate for client-side issues and ensure timely feedback/resolution.
- Understand and explain complex tech processes in simple terms.
🎓 Required Qualifications and Skills:
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech graduates (Internship experience is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML/CSS/JS/Angular/Flutter/React Native)
- Familiarity with backend/server-side technologies (Java, Python, Go, C++)
- Understanding of Payment Gateway and FinTech domain is a bonus
- Ability to work independently and manage client expectations effectively
