- Communicate with merchants or customers to resolve queries and concerns.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve risk management processes and reduce monetary losses.
Education and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related tools.
- Familiarity with risk management tools or data analysis software (e.g., SQL, R, or Python) is advantageous.
