👨💻 Role: Associate IT Engineer
As an Associate IT Engineer, you will support enterprise-level IT systems while gaining exposure to cybersecurity technologies like SIEM, IDS/IPS, and service management platforms. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals looking to begin a career in IT infrastructure and security.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle queries related to system, hardware, and software issues
- Support and configure enterprise-level IT service management tools
- Perform installations, updates, and repairs of hardware/software
- Run diagnostics and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity problems
- Maintain the daily performance of computer systems
- Interact with users via email, phone, or in-person for issue resolution
- Write and update internal training documentation
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate where needed
- Track and follow up on reported problems to closure
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 0–3 years of experience with Linux and Windows OS
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP, UDP)
- Experience resolving computer and software-related issues
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Positive mindset, willingness to learn, and adaptability
