Position: Representative, Operations
Location: IND Chennai – Fortune Towers

Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and a regional language (Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Hindi)
Shift Details: Rotational shifts with rotational week-offs (6 working days).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, or web-based customer interactions.
- Clarify customer requirements and provide resolutions using decision-support tools.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to build rapport with customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and account notations.
- Deliver service that meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in content moderation (when applicable).
- Adhere to client’s terms of service in reviewing sensitive content.
Skills and Competencies Required
- Educational Background: Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer navigation and PC knowledge.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication.
- Soft Skills: Patience, attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tolerance for repetitive tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and probing abilities.
