Job Description – Member Technical Staff:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on next-generation synthesis technology, including logic & boolean optimizations.
- Independently own and develop components of RTL synthesis.
- Contribute to the design and innovation of power-efficient EDA tools.
- Collaborate with experts and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech, M.Tech, or PhD in CS, ECE, or EE (IIT/NIT/premier institute preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in software development or EDA.
- Strong command of C, C++, Java, and data structures & algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about tech innovation.
