💼 Job Description – Technical Business Analyst
Swiss Re is hiring passionate graduates and early-career professionals for the role of Technical Business Analyst in Hyderabad. This is a hands-on role involving business analysis, testing, and process automation within the Life & Health Reinsurance division. 🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements
- Translate business problems into clear documentation and solution specifications
- Support metadata governance and data quality assurance
- Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops to validate proposed solutions
- Define test plans, perform regression and functional testing, and lead UAT coordination
- Conduct issue analysis and assist developers in debugging and resolving system issues
- Promote best practices in automation, test case management, and CI/CD pipelines
- Work in cross-functional global teams to deliver business value
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
- 0 to 3 years of experience in BA or QA roles (Freshers welcome)
- Familiarity with SQL, structured datasets, and data analysis
- Exposure to tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Postman, or test automation (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently with attention to detail
