🧑💼 Role Overview – Operations Analyst I
This entry-level position is designed for passionate freshers who are eager to step into technical operations and production support. You will manage real-time issues, conduct system health checks, and contribute to new technical initiatives.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot application-related issues
- Analyze logs, escalate unresolved tickets, and maintain SLA timelines
- Monitor production systems and application health in real time
- Write production-ready support scripts and documentation
- Participate in performance metrics analysis and status reporting
- Contribute to knowledge base by documenting resolved issues
- Interpret system alarms and escalate if needed
- Work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including night support)
🎓 Eligibility & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ECE, Telecommunication, or equivalent
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in technical support, monitoring, or software development
- Exposure to relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server)
- Preferred certifications: Oracle OCA/OCP, SQL Server Certified
- Prior experience in Telecom Operations (preferred, not mandatory)
- Must be open to rotational shifts and 24×7 support
