Job Description:
TCS is hiring for Citizen Service Executive roles across Hyderabad, Vizag, and Vijayawada locations. Fresh graduates passionate about customer interaction and support roles are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Full-time courses only (minimum 50% aggregate):
- BA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, MBA
- Decent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Telugu.
- Computer literacy with excellent typing accuracy.
- Freshers (2023 & 2024 pass-outs) preferred.
- Maximum 2 years gap allowed in education or employment.
- Candidates with recent TCS interview attempts (last 6 months) are ineligible.
