💼 Job Role: Analyst – Audit Recovery
Tesco is hiring freshers for the Analyst – Audit Recovery position in its Bengaluru office. This role focuses on identifying audit gaps, supporting financial controls, and ensuring revenue protection through smart process improvement.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to Tesco’s Business Code of Conduct and ensure ethical practices.
- Handle audit recovery tasks and critical metrics in a timely manner.
- Identify root causes of audit discrepancies and support resolution.
- Engage with internal teams and present insights, risks, and recommendations.
- Proactively suggest improvements to prevent revenue leakage.
- Work collaboratively with teams to drive process enhancements.
🎓 Education and Skills Required
- Freshers can apply; preferred degrees in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Understanding of audit, finance, or accounts payable concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL, Hadoop (basic level preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and report presentation.
- Good skills in data visualization and interpretation.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Effective written and spoken communication in English.
