Job Overview
The Associate Analyst will join the Commercial Analytics team, contributing to multiple projects by generating insights, assisting senior staff, and delivering high-quality outputs. The role involves survey creation, data analysis, dashboard visualization, and client reporting, supporting both India and onshore teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify business trends and provide actionable insights using survey and market research data
- Create, field, and report custom surveys using tools like Qualtrics
- Analyze survey results with Excel, VBA, Python, and other analytical tools
- Prepare client deliverables using Microsoft PowerPoint and automation tools
- Develop dashboards with live data in Power BI or Tableau
- Implement process improvements for data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to present insights effectively
- Manage multiple project types while maintaining quality and accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field with a strong academic record
- 0–2 years of professional experience including fresh graduates
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and analytical tools
- Knowledge of survey creation and market research best practices
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
