👨🏭 Job Role – Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT)
TVS Motor is offering exciting opportunities for engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience through its GAT Program. Freshers will be trained across various manufacturing functions, enhancing their technical understanding and cross-functional collaboration in real industrial settings.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Gain practical exposure in manufacturing, shop-floor operations, and engineering departments.
- Develop an understanding of industrial processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with various teams for process improvements.
- Learn technical documentation and reporting.
- Support manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement tasks.
✅ Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar.
- Strong interest in factory processes and production systems.
- Good analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible and eager to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
