About the Role – Junior Infrastructure Analyst
The Junior Infrastructure Analyst position is part of the Global Technology Operations Center (GTOC) team based in Hyderabad, India. GTOC acts as the first line of defense for IT infrastructure, handling Major IT Incidents and supporting platform stability. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge tools, platforms, and processes while working with a collaborative global technology team.

- Education: BCA, BSC IT, B.E/B.Tech, or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Train on Tier 1 monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, PagerDuty, and SolarWinds.
- Assist Infrastructure Analysts with incident vetting and escalation.
- Write outage notifications, raise/manage tickets in ServiceNow, and follow incident management processes.
- Support major incident management across WBD platforms.
- Gain exposure to IT infrastructure areas such as networking, storage, server, and cloud.
- Work in 24×7 shifts including nights and weekends.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other productivity tools.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
