Warner Bros. Discovery is actively seeking fresh graduates and early-career professionals for the position of Junior Tech Support Analyst at its Hyderabad office. This role focuses on providing first-level IT support to WBD’s global workforce while using cutting-edge tools like Zoom, ServiceNow, Okta, and more.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt 1st line IT support using ServiceNow, Zoom, Live Chat, and Phone.
- Use remote tools to resolve technical issues related to Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and devices like Dell, Apple, Lenovo.
- Record and manage incidents in the ServiceNow ticketing system with accuracy.
- Support MFP (Multi-Functional Printer) setups and resolve basic network/configuration issues.
- Assist in identifying IT security incidents and outages.
- Work with tools like Active Directory, Okta, and Intune for user support and access issues.
- Maintain documentation accuracy and inform users about ticket statuses.
- Support shifts, public holidays, and weekends as per business needs.
🎓 Eligibility & Skillset:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.E./B.Tech (any stream).
- Experience: 0–1 year in IT support, service desk, or similar tech support roles.
- Skills Required:
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication (Upper-Intermediate English)
- Knowledge of IT security basics and service desk protocols
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate with global teams
- Willingness to work onsite, including weekends and holidays
