Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand test requirements and design detailed test cases.
- Prepare test plans aligned with business and functional requirements.
- Perform manual and automation testing using Wipro’s model-based testing approach.
- Collaborate with development teams to capture and validate test cases.
- Execute test cases, debug issues, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.
- Automate test processes using VB macros, GUI automation, and scheduling.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for efficient testing.
- Identify defects, prepare reports, and track them to closure.
- Deliver test status dashboards and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Wipro/customer SLA standards.
Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required:
- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases.
- Basic understanding of automation tools and scripting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative teams.
