Job Description – Technical Support Associate
As a Technical Support Associate at ZS Associates, you will be responsible for managing IT assets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting enterprise IT systems across global locations. The role requires strong technical expertise, communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle using ServiceNow and CMDB tools.
- Handle IT hardware inventory such as laptops, servers, routers, switches, and printers.
- Perform forecasting, vendor coordination, purchasing, installation, and decommissioning of IT assets.
- Configure and support systems including Windows 11, MacOS, Office 365, Outlook, VPN, SCCM, and backup tools.
- Provide technical support for Zoom, MS Teams, Skype, WebEx, and VC equipment.
- Troubleshoot LAN, wireless connectivity, domain issues, and file server access.
- Support mobile devices (Android & iOS) using MDM tools.
- Assist with new user setups, password resets, and application rollouts.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Conduct IT audits, maintain asset documentation, and ensure compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, M.E, M.Tech, MCA or equivalent.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator preferred.
- Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, ticketing systems (ServiceNow), and asset management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
